Running Harder

Well my run today was A LOT better than yesterday's let me tell ya!  I was running harder, kept it more steady and didn't walk once!  There was even a speed radar on the street that clocked me at 5, then 6, then 7... By the time I got to the radar it was clocking me at 25 mi/hr!  Man it felt good!  I'm just glad the car behind me didn't hit me because that would have sucked.

  1. LOL!!! I've recently started running again. (I say again, but really the last time I ran with any consistency was in 6th grade cross country). Monday I did 2.5 miles in under 30 minutes. Yes, that's right, I'm seriously stoked to be under 12 minute miles. Sad, huh?

  3. haha Michelle that's awesome! I should start timing myself I have no clue how fast or... slow I'm actually going! haha

Sarah are you going to start running? or "running" you know like the "running" we did in track...I believe we called them "stadiums" which involved hopping the fence and not coming back. hahaha You should get into it though, it feels good once your body starts adjusting to it. :)

  4. so, I'm guessing the 25mph was the car behind you? Ha, reminds me of the "Rookie" scene with the radar gun. Ha, funny scene. keep up the good work, "almost thou convinceth me to be a runner"

  5. haha yes dad that's the joke. I wanted to put a video clip of the Office on this post when they are out racing each other with the radar and Michael runs and a car drove by on his turn and he was like "40 mi and hr beat that Oscar!" haha I couldn't find it online though.
